Atari logos

Atari started off as an American video game developer in 1972, founded in California by Nolan Bunshell and Ted Dabney. This legendary company is responsible for starting the modern video game industry by virtue of creating the first commercially successful game console. The logo itself has remained unchanged for almost 50 years, because it’s a simple logo with a “Fuji” design that resembles the Japanese mountain. The name “Atari” sits under the mountain design is a term used by the Japanese when playing the board game Go, this showcases that their consoles are made with fun and games in mind.
