Chicago Cubs logos

The Chicago Cubs are an American professional baseball team based in Chicago. The team was established in 1876 and is one of the two major league teams in Chicago, the other one being the Chicago White Sox. The Cubs managed to win two World Series championships in a row in 1907 and 1908. The Chicago Cubs logo is composed of three colors: red, white, and blue, where the red is used in the wordmark “Cubs” on a white background. All of that being inside a blue outer ring. Besides that, the “C” also signifies the place where the team is based in, that place being Chicago, and it also spells out the wordmark. Another thing of note about the Chicago Cubs logo, is the fact that it kept this simple style for over 70 years, with minor changes done to it throughout the years.
