Minnesota Twins logos
The Minnesota Twins were founded in Washington D.C. in 1901, but they relocated to Minnesota in 1961, that also being the year when they became known as the “Minnesota Twins”. Since 1901 the team has managed to score 3 World Series championships in 1924, 1987 and 1991. The first Minnesota Twins logo that featured the twins was the 1961 logo. It was a colorful badge, featuring two baseball players shaking hands in front of an enlarged baseball, and above them the name of the team. After a few more iterations featuring the two baseball players, the Minnesota Twins logo switched to a more modern look. It became a detailed white baseball, with the word “Twins” written on it. The ball itself is encased in a thick circular frame, where you can find written “Minnesota Baseball Club”.
